1. Your account

Your account is personal to you. Keep your password private and don’t share your access with others. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

2. Course access

Access is provided for your personal study for the period of the plan you bought (or as set out in your enrolment agreement with NurseTrack Inc.). Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

3. Course materials

All lessons, practice tests, recordings and model answers are owned by NurseTrack Inc. and are original material. You may not copy, resell, publish or share them.

4. Scores and results

Scores and levels in this course (for example “CLB 8”) are English Track estimates to guide your preparation. They are not official CELBAN results, and we cannot guarantee any particular Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level in the real test. Certificates confirm course completion only.

5. Acceptable use

Please submit your own work, be respectful in anything you write or record, and don’t attempt to interfere with the service.

6. Registration and immigration information

Information about the CELBAN test format and the CLB levels that Canadian nursing regulators accept is general, provided for learning purposes and may change at any time. Always confirm current requirements with your regulator and on celbancentre.ca before you book or rely on a result.

7. Trademarks

CELBAN is administered by the CELBAN Centre (Touchstone Institute). English Track CELBAN is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the CELBAN Centre; all practice material is original.
